The 1050 aluminum bar is used in reflector, decoration, chemical industrial container, etc.
The 5083 belongs to al-mg-si alloy, which is widely used, especially in the construction industry. It is the most promising alloy.
Good corrosion resistance, good weldability, good cold working ability and medium strength.
The main alloy element of 5083 is magnesium, which has good forming performance, corrosion resistance, weldability and moderate strength. It is used for manufacturing plane fuel tank, oil pipe, sheet metal parts of traffic vehicles and ships, instruments, street lamp bracket and rivets, hardware products, electrical enclosure, etc.

|F||Free-machining State||Applicable to products that have no special requirements for work hardening and heat treatment conditions during the molding process. The mechanical properties of the product are not specified.|
|O||Annealed State||Suitable for processed products that have been fully annealed to obtain the lowest strength.|
|H||Work Hardening State||Applicable to products that increase strength by work hardening. The product can be subjected to additional heat treatment after the work hardening can be passed through (or not). The H code must be followed by two or three Arabic numerals|
|W||Solution Heat Treatment State||An unstable state, only applicable to alloys that are naturally aged at room temperature after solution heat treatment. This state code only indicates that the product is in the natural aging stage.|
|T||Heat treatment state (different from F, O, H state)||
Applicable to products that have been stabilized after (or not subjected to) work hardening after heat treatment.
The T code must be followed by one or more Arabic numerals.
Subdivision status of the H code:
Add two two-digit numbers (called HXX status) after the letter H, or three Arabic numerals (called HXXX status) to indicate the subdivision status of H. The first digit after H indicates the basic handler for obtaining this state, as follows:
H1—Simple work hardening state. It is suitable for the state where the required strength is obtained only by work hardening without additional heat treatment.
H2—The state of work hardening and incomplete annealing. It is suitable for products that have been subjected to incomplete annealing after the degree of work hardening exceeds the requirements of the finished product, so that the strength is reduced to the specified index.
H3—The state of work hardening and stabilization treatment. It is suitable for products which have been subjected to low-temperature heat treatment after work hardening or whose mechanical properties have been stabilized due to heat during processing. The H3 state is only applicable to alloys that gradually age soften at room temperature (unless stabilized).
H4—The state of processing and hardening paint treatment. Applicable to work hardening, after painting, resulting in incompletely annealed products.
3.2, the second digit after H indicates the degree of work hardening of the product. The number 8 indicates a hard state. The O state represents a fully soft state. For the state between the O state and the HX8 state, a number from 1 to 7 should be added after the HX code to indicate that the addition of the number 9 after the HX indicates a superhard state that is harder than the HX8 work hardening.
