Overview of inconelx-750
Inconelx-750 alloy is mainly a nickel-based superalloy which is aging strengthened with the aging of c '[Ni3(Al, Ti, Nb)] phase. It has good corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance under 980℃, high strength under 800℃, good relaxation resistance under 540℃, and good forming and welding performance.This alloy is mainly used to manufacture the annular parts, structural parts and bolts of aero-engine which work under 800℃ and require high strength to resist corrosion, plane springs and spiral springs which work under 540℃ with medium or low stress and require resistance to relaxation.It can also be used to manufacture turbine blades and other parts.Available varieties of plate, strip, bar, forging, ring, wire and pipe.

Inconelx-750 heat treatment system - solid solution heat treatment system in the state of plate, strip and tube supply 980℃±15℃, air cooling.For the intermediate heat treatment system of materials and parts, the following processes can be selected for heat treatment respectively.
Annealing: 955 ~ 1010℃, water cooled.
Annealing of welding parts before welding: 980℃, 1h.
Stress relief annealing of welding parts: 900℃, moisturizing for 2h.
Stress relief annealing: 885℃±15℃, 24h, air cooling.
Inconelx-750 variety specification and supply status can supply a variety of specifications of bar, forging, ring, hot rolled plate, cold rolled plate, strip, tube and wire.
Plates and strips are generally supplied after hot or cold rolling, annealing or solid solution, pickling and polishing.
Bars, forgings and rings can be supplied in forged or hot rolled state.
It can also be supplied in solid solution treatment after forging.The bar can be polished or polished after solid solution, and can be placed in cold drawing state when required by the order.The tubes are supplied after solid solution treatment and removal of oxide skin.
Silk material can be supplied in solid solution state.
For the wire material with nominal diameter or thickness below 6.35mm, it can be supplied with cold drawing deformation of 50% ~ 65% after solid solution.For wire material with nominal diameter or side length greater than 6.35mm, it shall be supplied with cold drawing deformation of no less than 30% after solid solution treatment.For wire material with nominal diameter or side length no more than 0.65mm, it shall be supplied with cold drawing deformation of no less than 15% after solid solution treatment as required.
Alloy of inconelx-750 smelting and casting process is remelted by arc furnace plus vacuum consumable remelting, vacuum induction plus electroslag, electroslag plus vacuum consumable remelting or vacuum induction plus vacuum consumable remelting.
This alloy is mainly used in the manufacture of corrosion resistant plane wave spring, circumferential spiral spring, spiral compression spring, spring clamp and sealing ring and other parts of aero-engine operating temperature below 540℃.
