Stainless steel concentric eccentric reducer
The size of the stainless steel reducer is also called the big head. One of the chemical pipe fittings, used for the connection of two different diameters. It is divided into two kinds of concentric head and eccentric size. Material includes stainless steel head, alloy steel, carbon steel head, etc.
Small head (reducing pipe) is a type of pipe fitting used at the reducing point of the pipe. Forming process is usually used for reducing size pressing, expanding size pressing or reducing size plus expanding size pressing, for some specifications of reducing diameter pipe can also be used stamping forming.
A. Reducing/expanding diameter forming
The reducing size of the head forming process is to put the tube billet with the same diameter of the big end of the head into the forming die, through the pressing along the axial direction of the tube billet, so that the metal movement along the die cavity and shrinkage forming. According to the size of reducing pipe, it can be divided into one pressing forming or multiple pressing forming.
B. Stamping forming
There are various connecting ways of stainless steel head. The common pipe fitting types include compression type, compression type, live connection type, push type, push thread type, socket welding type, live connection type flange connection, welding type and derived series connecting way combining welding and traditional connection. These connection mode, according to its principle is different, its applicable scope is also different, but most are easy to install, firm and reliable. The sealing ring or sealing gasket used for connection is made of silicone rubber, nitrile rubber and EPDM rubber that meet the requirements of national standards, so as to avoid the worries of users.
