Nimonic93 process performance and requirements:
1. Formability of Nimonic93: The alloy has good hot working plasticity, and allows the upsetting deformation to be 80% without cracking in the temperature range of 1050 to 1150 °C. The forging blank heating temperature is 1130~1150°C, the final forging temperature is not lower than 950°C, the rolling heating temperature is 1150~1170°C, and the finishing rolling temperature is not lower than 1000°C.
2. Nimonic93 welding performance: The plate can be connected by argon arc welding. The weldability in the solid solution state is good. After welding, the stress should be eliminated and aging treatment should be carried out.
3, Nimonic93 parts heat treatment process: Turbine disk blanks can be first treated by solution treatment, after processing, aging treatment under argon gas protection, or can be machined after the cake is completely heat treated. The single layer of the blank is placed in a uniform temperature zone of the heat treatment heating furnace to slowly heat up, and is cooled and dispersed after cooling.
