Applications
1/8” hydraulic control line hydraulic control line use description
1/8” hydraulic control line, also known as capillary tube. It is mainly used for downhole capillary pressure measurement in oil and gas fields. It is the temperature and pressure sensor (also called downhole permanent pressure gauge, generally nitrogen cylinder) that goes downhole together with the oil and gas well production string. A few kilometers deep oil and gas layer, then the 1/8” hydraulic control line (capillary) is connected from the temperature and pressure sensor to the fluorescent display on the ground, so that the downhole temperature and pressure can be transmitted to the ground through the capillary, through the ground display The screen can read the instantaneous temperature and pressure at the underground oil and gas layer to achieve real-time monitoring of downhole temperature and pressure. It can also be used for pressure control of ground safety valves and other ground valves, as well as various connecting lines for oil and gas field drilling and oil production equipment control systems.

The 1/4" hydraulic control line is mainly used for the control of the oil and gas well downhole safety valve and the over-cable packer bleed valve. The 1/4" hydraulic control line is connected to the downhole safety valve and air valve to control the oil and gas through ground pressure. The downhole safety valve and the over-cable packer bleed valve switch, after the set pressure is reached, the oil and gas well downhole safety valve and the over-cable packer bleed valve are simultaneously opened, and the oil and gas well can be normally produced. At the same time, the gas separated by the electric submersible pump can also be discharged from the annulus through the deflation valve. If the well is sprayed or normally shut down, the pressure of the control line is released, so that the oil and gas well downhole safety valve and the over-cable packer are placed. The gas valve is closed at the same time, and the flow passages of the oil and gas well tubing and the annulus are all blocked, thus ensuring the safety of the well. 3/8” hydraulic control pipeline hydraulic control pipeline use description
The 3/8” hydraulic control line is mainly used to inject chemical into the oil and gas well. The 3/8” hydraulic control line is connected to the downhole chemical injection valve, and the descaling is performed through the 3/8” hydraulic control line and the chemical injection valve. The chemical agent is injected into the oil pipe at a certain depth from the ground to effectively remove the fouling of the oil pipe and ensure the normal production of the oil and gas field.
