Product Description
HastelloyX is main with chromium and molybdenum solid solution strengthening of a high iron content, nickel-based superalloy has good resistance and corrosion resistance, under 900 ℃ has moderate lasting and creep strength, cold and hot working good formability and weldability.
Used in manufacturing of aircraft engine combustion chamber parts and other high temperature parts, use for a long time under 900 ℃, and short-term working temperature is 1080 ℃.
The main products are sheet, strip, pipe, bar, forging, ring and precision casting.

1.5 HastelloyX sheet and pipe heat treatment system: 1130 ~ 1170 ℃, fast air cooling or water cooling;
Bar and circular pieces of test samples: 15 ℃ 1175 ℃ +, air cooling or faster cooling;
Strip: 1065 ~ 1105 ℃, fast cooling.
1.6 HastelloyX variety specifications and supply status 0.5 ~ 4.0mm plate, 0.05 ~ 0.8mm strip, 4 ~ 20mm outside diameter, 1.0 ~ 2.0mm wall thickness of pipe, diameter 0.2 ~ 10.0mm welding wire, diameter 300mm rod and various diameter and wall thickness of the ring pieces and different shapes and sizes of precision casting.
Plate, strip and pipe after solid solution treatment and pickling supply, strip can also be cold rolling supply;
The welding wire can be delivered in hard state, semi-hard state, solid melting and pickling, bright and solid solution treatment state.
Bars and rings are delivered without heat treatment.
Precision casting is supplied in casting condition.
1.7 HastelloyX melting and casting process adopts arc furnace electroslag or non-vacuum induction furnace electroslag remelting process.
In the production of castings, the induction furnace remelting master alloy is used to pour the castings into the heated mold shell.
1.8hastelloyx application profile and special requirements the alloy has been widely used in foreign aero-engines and civil industries, and it is mainly used in the manufacture of combustor components and other hot end components as well as honeycomb structure in China.
